Developing Pseudobulb

While orchid cacti also produce seedpods and can be propagated by using seed, the plants that grow from the seed are less likely to look like the parent plant than those that have been produced though cuttings.

Start by placing some of the artificial moss into the vase until you have filled approximately one foot of the vase. Choose an orchid anchored to a real piece of wood or one arranged in a pot or basket. An artificial orchid can mean the flowers down at the local craft shop that you arrange yourself, but actually these permanent decorations can be made of many things, not the least of which is cloth.
